About Your Tags
Personalized Text Fill,
Fonts, Colors and Placement
All Tag-A-Longs luggage tag
templates that you see on our site are exact representations of the finished
tag that you will receive. The personalized text that you submit for your
tag(s) will appear on your finished tag in the exact font and font color
that is represented on the template.
We accept up to 3 lines of text and up to 25 characters per line (including
spaces) on each tag that accepts text. Should the 25 characters of text that
you submit per line not fit exactly on the line in the tag template you
select, we reserve the right to alter the template to accommodate your text.
This may involve shrinking the font size or adding an extra line. In any
case, we will print what you submit.
Please remember, we will print exactly the text that you submit. This
means that if you've entered text in all CAPS, or all lower-case letters,
this is what will be printed on your tag. The same goes for spelling,
punctuation and spaces. Please be aware of what and how you submit your
personalized text.
Custom
Photo Tags
We reserve the right, if
necessary, to crop any photo that is uploaded to our server for use in a
Tag-A-Longs Custom Photo Tag to fit in the allotted space of the photo tag
template. All photos that are uploaded to our server for use in a
Tag-A-Longs Custom Photo Tag become the property of Tag-A-Longs.com. If
uploading an airplane photo, you also give Tag-A-Longs.com permission to use
that photo in future tag templates for sale on our site. We will never
create tags from customer photos that include people, personal items, pets
or other identifying places or things.
Uploaded photos that are too small to fill the allotted space of the photo
tag template may require a change in the placement of personalized text (if
any) on the tag. We never enlarge a photo that is too small to prevent
pixilation.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We process all credit card transactions via PayPal and employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives.
All Tag-A-Longs.com sales are final. We do not accept items back for refund, however, we will gladly accept returns for exchanges (for the same tag style) if, for any reason, we failed to print the exact text that you requested on your luggage tag(s), if your tag(s) were damaged in shipment or if your tag(s) are defective in any way within 30 days of your order date
shown on your invoice.

Please use our online form located in our
Returning Merchandise For Exchange section. This form must be submitted before a return is received by us.
